This role will manage Waterbury, CT, is hybrid (4 days a week in office) and you will need to be able to commute to the Meriden, CT office.

- Drive Revenue Growth – Identify new business opportunities, create strategies to grow existing accounts, and push digital sales to new heights.
- Execute Cutting-Edge Digital Strategies – Stay ahead of industry trends and implement multi-platform, results-focused selling techniques.
- Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with internal departments, clients, and executives to develop creative solutions that deliver measurable success.
- Monitor & Optimize Performance – Utilize tools like Salesforce, Ambition, and AI-powered sales platforms to track team success, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop Key Accounts – Build a pipeline of high-value clients and deliver digital marketing strategies that drive real business growth.
- Serve as a champion for local businesses - Collaborating with small and medium-sized enterprises to drive their success through targeted digital marketing strategies. This role will play a key part in optimizing digital media solutions, including OTT, display ads, DMS products, and other digital offerings, ensuring a holistic and results-driven approach to advertising initiatives.
- Proven Leadership Experience – Prior experience managing and partnering with digital sales teams, coaching sales professionals, and achieving aggressive revenue goals.
- Strong Digital Marketing Expertise – Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, reputation management, and mobile optimization.
- Results-Driven Mindset – Passion for business development and revenue growth, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical – Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), digital ad technology, and sales performance tools.
- Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to inspire teams, engage clients, and deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent experience in advertising, marketing, or business.
