We are looking for a Manager of Membership Operations on the Consumer team who is creative, solutions-oriented, and customer-focused, to create a seamless experience for subscribers across the Hearst portfolio. This role will be responsible for the growth and retention of all Membership tiers; partnering with various functions across Edit, Product, Creative, Customer Service, and Marketing.
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, ability to work across multiple systems, a strong analytical skillset, cross-functional experience working with many internal and external partners, and a proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage the product catalog of subscription tiers, pricing, and promotions within a subscription platform
- Update landing pages/emails to drive new member acquisition and drive engagement retention of existing subscribers
- Coordinate and rollout new programs, offers, and benefits for a key brand within the Hearst portfolio with cross-functional teams
- Work with analyst to create and distribute reporting on performance to key cross-functional stakeholders to inform content and overall strategy
- 4 years of relevant experience, including ecommerce, subscriptions, business/marketing analysis, or similar cross-functional role
- 4 experience working in an Ecommerce or subscriptions platform
- Strategic thinker with strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent quantitative skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel
- Innately curious, always asking “how can we do this better?” and providing actionable solutions
- Team player, ability to be flexible, work with, and learn from many different partners
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Looker, or other business intelligence/reporting tools
- Familiar with media metrics throughout the funnel from traffic to subscription conversion rates
- Media experience a plus

Salary : $76,000 - $90,000
