The Opportunity
Homecare Homebase is searching for a Manager of Implementation who will help lead a team of trainers / consultants towards success. This leader will aid in our efforts to create a culture of excellence, accountability, and proven outcomes. This person will play a critical role in evolving our Implementation team through the growth and development of our team members, as well as meet the implementation expectations of our clients who purchase the best in class EMR solution, Homecare Homebase.
The Challenge
At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As a Manager of Implementation, you will be responsible for developing and leading a group of trainers / consultants through projects for multi-site locations across the United States. You will be responsible for:
- Employee Utilization and Productivity
- Quality Improvement
- Client Satisfaction
- Client Contract and Expense Management
- Employee Performance Management
- Process Improvement
- Attrition Management

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual that can show us:
- Leadership abilities that will support the successful management, growth, and development of assigned trainers / consultants within the implementation team.
- A desire to streamline implementation processes as it relates to client adoption, employee commitment, creating additional revenue streams, and process automation.
- The skills to communicate with clients and project leaders in regards to the progress of their implementation and if necessary diffuse escalations.
- A passion for customer service that will wow our client base by providing implementations that achieve the ROI and value associated with the solution.
- An understanding of how to implement best practice for Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Adoption phases of the process.
- The ability to create and maintain a standard approach to train the staff on scenario based curriculum.
- The ability to execute on all business initiatives and goals for the implementation team.
- The ability to travel up to 50% to build client relationships and conduct employee quality reviews.
- The necessary skills to act as liaison between clients and Homecare Homebase’s internal departments: Client Services, Client Success, Product Management, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to coordinate resolutions to client concerns that may impede successful use of the application.
Education requirements: this career opportunity requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience.
