Job Overview
We are looking for a director to oversee the social and video teams for Cosmopolitan & Seventeen. The candidate will work on all day-to-day operations critical to Cosmopolitan and Seventeen's social and video strategy.
This candidate should have experience managing large social audiences, producing creative social and video content, and managing a team.

Social Responsibilities
- Oversee social & video leads for Cosmo & Seventeen
- Oversee social & video strategy for Cosmopolitan and Seventeen's active platforms
- Drive a consistent strategy for performative and growth-driving daily churn content
- Ensure TikTok leads meet weekly TikTok Publisher program quotas with original content
- Content rollouts for buzzy stories, features, and cover breaks
- Increase engagement on key platforms
- Uphold impeccable editorial judgment in all written and scripted content
- Deliver informative reporting about tentpole events to key stakeholders and staff
- Extend lifecycle of content to stretch across platforms via creative storytelling
- Deliver growth and engagement strategy for Apple News and Pushly
- Collaborate on the execution of the brands' Creator Program footprints

What you'll do :
The base salary for this role is between $133,000 - $150,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as : transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
