The SVP of Product will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of the company's product and technology initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in both product management and technology leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bringing innovative products to market and leading large, diverse engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership and Strategy :
Develop and execute the product and technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions.
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, concurrent product and technology projects.
Communicate product and technology concepts and project status to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management and technology roles, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership position.
Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and design.
This is a hybrid position out of our New York, NY office. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
The base salary range for this role is between $368K to $420K. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as : transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
