KMBC-TV / KCWE-TV, the ABC / CW affiliates in Kansas City, is looking for a Sales Support Specialist who is an organized, detail-oriented team player with exceptional written and verbal skills to join our amazing team! We’re looking for someone with a positive “can do attitude” to take advantage of this career opportunity to get your foot in the door of a highly respected TV station, owned by Hearst Television, an industry-leading television station group. You will report to the Research Director.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the account executives, sales managers, and research director.
- Order entry for both Local and National business.
- Assist account executives with prepping orders, emailing invoices, and handling sponsorship trackers.
- Help prepare sales presentations, programming “one-sheets,” and other sales pieces.
- Create monthly reports and handle special requests in various media monitoring systems.
- Effectively and professionally communicate and interact with internal teams from all departments and external clients both on the phone, via email and in person.
- Maintain organized filing systems and shared drive maintenance.
- Back-up other sales support positions.
