Job Description
The Vice President, Finance will be a strategic partner to the President and the executive leadership team, providing financial leadership, insights, and guidance to drive the company's growth and profitability. As a key member of the leadership team, the VP, Finance will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, overseeing all financial operations, and managing risks to ensure the organization's long-term financial health.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Partnering :
- Collaborate and partner with the executive team to set strategic financial goals and objectives, including but not limited to product, technology, commercial operations & customer success teams.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assess the financial impact of new business initiatives and potential investments.
- Drive financial planning and analysis to identify growth opportunities and cost efficiencies.
- Support organic and inorganic innovation initiatives through financial modelling.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance.
- Partner with various stakeholders at Hearst parent to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
