What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse position at Heart 2 Heart Health Care?
- 2 Wound Care visits needed daily.
Conduct client assessment (History, Physical, Vital Signs).
- Monitor and report changes in client status or conditions as indicated by signs and symptoms.
- Participate in all phases of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation for each client.
- Establish a working relationship with the client to assess his/her needs and plan a course of action.
- Assist client to and from therapy on time.
- Medication management and assistance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $120.00 per day
