We are seeking an overnight on-call hospice nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. Be available for dispatch calls during working hours.

Hospice Philosophy:
Hospice care is an interdisciplinary approach designed to meet the needs physical, psychological and spiritual of a person at the end of life with the goal of comfort and not cure. Hospice considers the unit of care to extend beyond the patient and include the family and caregivers as defined by the patient.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
2. Must be licensed in the State of Oregon as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
3. One year of LPN experience. Hospice experience preferred.
4. Must have excellent assessment skills and problem-solving skills.
5. Should be skillful in organization and in the principles of time management and have knowledge of case management processes.
6. Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
7. The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
