About Us:
We are a midwifery and family healthcare clinic in the Flathead Valley, dedicated to community, collaboration, compassion, and excellence. We seek a motivated, flexible, and reliable individual to join our team. Experience in a medical office is helpful, but not required. Strong multitasking, self-motivation, and teamwork skills are essential.
This is a full-time position with variable hours between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday (closed on weekends and most major holidays). Starting pay DOE, with opportunities for regular merit-based increases.
Job Purpose:
As a member of our front office team, you will often be the first point of contact for patients and external entities, responsible for essential administrative tasks that ensure smooth clinic operations. This dynamic role offers significant growth potential for the right candidate.

- Strongly Preferred: Experience in project management and social media/content creation
Duties and Responsibilities May Include:
- Greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and checking patients in and out
- Managing patient information and safeguard privacy per HIPAA regulations
- Handling high-volume phone calls and correspondence
- Verifying insurance and demographic information
- Processing payments and managing invoicing
- Preparing clinical documents for appointments
- Engaging in community outreach and social media management
- Participating in clinic operations and subcommittees
- Learning new skills as required to do the job
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Proficient in typing and extensive computer use
- Ability to walk within a large office space and lift up to 30lbs as necessary
