About the Position
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about providing in-home care and improving the quality of life for elderly clients.
As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities, including:
- Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Ambulation Assistance: Helping with mobility and prescribed range-of-motion exercises
- Medication Reminders: Oversight and prompts for taking prescribed medications
- Companionship: Socializing and engaging with clients to promote wellness
- Household Tasks: Cooking, meal preparation, shopping, running errands, and light housekeeping
- Specialized Care: Alzheimer’s and dementia care, as well as hospice care
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a CNA
- At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- Successful completion of health screenings, background checks (state, federal, and company), and reference checks
- Must have flexible availability and the ability.
- Reliable transportation, active auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
