This is a remote position.

Successful Scheduling Assistants must have a strong sales drive, organizational skills with an eye for detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, demonstrated proficiency in navigating computers and various programs; must possess good written and oral communication skills and the ability and interest to be in a continuous learning curve.

Role Description :

• Arrange Cruise Travel for vacations, honeymoons, weddings and more
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plan
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
