Heart and Solutions is hiring Behavioral Health (BHIS) providers for the Davenport and surrounding area!
Behavioral Health Intervention Services is for children ages 4-18 years old and focuses on behaviors that appear at home and at school. BHIS is an in-home counseling program through Medicaid and is available to children that are currently on Title 19.
Requirements for this position include:
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Must see clients within a 20 mile radius of your office location
- Computer/laptop and home internet access
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field with six months of Human Service experience, or a Bachelor's degree in another field with two years of Human Service experience
- Ability to work evening/after school hours
Job responsibilities include:
- Provide behavioral health skills to children, ages 4-19 and their families in their home
- Document progress notes and contact with clients between sessions, on our secure website
- Network in your office area to build a caseload of 20 hours per week
- Work 30 hours a week, 20 hours with clients at $30/hour and 10 hours doing office work at $10/hour

Pay: $30.00 per hour
