FT shifts: Mondays-Fridays 8:30 am-5:00 pm, No Nights or Weekends

Essential Functions/Duties:
Our providers perform “bread and butter” dentistry such as cosmetic restorations, crown and bridge, endodontic procedures, extractions, partials, dentures, dental emergency procedures, and hygiene procedures. Other unmentioned procedures such as implantology can be performed if providers are credentialed.
Qualifications, Education, Licensure
Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine- DDS or DMD
Current and valid license to practice in the State of Indiana, USA
CPR/BLS Lifesaving training certification

Essential Functions:
- Provides and oversees direct dental diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care for a specified patient population
- Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions
- Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate
- Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards as appropriate to the position
- Participates in specified health promotion, education and /or prevention programs
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills; active listening as well as written and oral comprehension/communication skills; Bilingual (Spanish/English) language skills helpful
- Excellent customer service skills; actively seeks ways to assist internal and external customers within the scope of assigned duties
- Good computer skills; Outlook, Windows, Microsoft Office applications; Dentrix exposure preferred

Education, Experience and Licensure:
- Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine required
- Current and valid license to practice dentistry required
Physical Demands:
- May sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to see and hear within normal range with or without correction device(s)
- Dexterity and hand to eye coordination as normally associated with operating office equipment, computers and telephones
