We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in construction engineering. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting on-site engineering tasks, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all specifications and regulations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to plan and execute construction activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Technical Oversight: Provide on-site engineering support, including interpreting blueprints, conducting site surveys, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, site observations, and any deviations from plans, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on-site, conducting regular inspections and promoting a culture of safety among all team members.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the construction site and office, facilitating clear communication among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably within the commercial or residential sectors.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- OSHA-10 certification required
Salary Range:The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
