Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Maintain and update calendars for staff members
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support team members with various administrative duties as needed
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
