Heart Key Logistics LLC, a woman-owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is urgently hiring full-time, part-time, and seasonal drivers to safely and reliably deliver Amazon packages in the southern Charlotte suburbs.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.25 - $21.75 per hour Weekly Performance Bonus
- $30.37 - $32.62 potential overtime rate
- Paid Weekly
- Flexible schedules: Full-time (4 days), Part-time (3 days)
- Paid training provided by Amazon – experience preferred but not necessary
- Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing immediately

- $137.50 shoe credit upon completing training
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive an Amazon branded delivery vehicle to make 170-200 delivery stops per day.
- Use a handheld device for GPS routing, package scanning, and communication.
- Load and unload packages that weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient delivery times.
- Operate in varying weather conditions, during daylight and evening hours.
Basic Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Successfully pass a 4-panel drug screening (does not include marijuana).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Walk 5-7 miles per day and climb multiple flights of stairs when needed.
- Clean motor vehicle report.
