- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our computerized systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, reflecting professionalism at all times.
- Assist with office management tasks as needed, including inventory management of office supplies.
- Provide support to other departments as required, fostering teamwork within the organization.
Experience
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
