Job Overview
We are a small growing company seeking a reliable and motivated Driver (Independent Contractor) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. As an independent contractor, you will begin your route from the Carrollton warehouse and you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Job pay is $1.70 per package. First pay check is two weeks held and paid on the third week and weekly payout thereafter. Delivery areas include Frisco, Prosper, Carrollton, Little Elm , Colony and other surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Using your own vehicle load and unload e-commerce packages from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling of items.
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and drop-offs, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any issues encountered.
- Assist with moving items as needed, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

- Monday-Friday and weekends
- Morning Shifts
- 7am load out time, but can load out as early as 4:00 a.m.
Requirements
- Proven experience in route driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in warehouse operations or courier services is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation for personal use is required to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Must be able to pass background drug screening.
- You will be required to pay $56.00 for your own background and drug screening, if selected to move on with driver processing. This fee is reimbursed on your settlement.
