We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, dementia care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform various tasks that enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Support clients in memory care activities to stimulate cognitive function.
- Assist in administering first aid when necessary and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Engage clients in social activities and outings to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Document care provided and any changes observed in client behavior or condition.
Requirements
- Experience in senior care or caregiving roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and memory care techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and first aid procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
- Strong cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks as part of maintaining a safe living environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
