What are the responsibilities and job description for the CVT/Veterinary Assistant position at Heart of Oregon Veterinary Cardiology?
Heart of Oregon Veterinary Cardiology has experienced an exciting growth and we are looking to add a Part to Full Time CVT or experienced Veterinary Assistant to our wonderful team! HOVC opened its doors in January of 2016, and we've built a truly caring practice focused on the hearts of our patients and clients. We are seeking a candidate who has exceptional interpersonal skills, great spoken and written communication abilities, handles stress with ease, multi-tasks efficiently, enjoys continued personal and professional growth, and has at least 1-2 years of veterinary experience.
The CVT/assistant role will require a three and a half to four day work week, including Mondays. Our normal business hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. However, to serve the needs of our patients best, we do sometimes work beyond normal business hours, so flexibility should be considered before applying. We do operate out of two locations including West Linn and Beaverton, so reliable transportation is a must. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
