What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Professional position at Heart of Texas Region MHMR Center?
This position is located at the HOT Counseling Center located at 2800 Lyle, Waco, TX 76708 and is responsible for administrative and clinical support work to that area including organizing, coordinating, and tracking of services required in the major program area. In their capacity as Administrative Professional the individual in this position will also assist in facilitating information flow between major program areas including the Community Clinic, Older Adult Unit and Outpatient Treatment Services section in order to maximize service efficiency for clients and staff. These duties will also require direct work with clients, care givers and client supports. Work involves the application of advanced knowledge and independent judgment in the implementation, application, and monitoring of rules and standards and the compliance with them.
