As a Home Health Assistant with Heart of the Carolinas Home Care, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to clients in their own homes. This may include assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as helping clients take prescribed medication and accompanying them on outings. You will also be responsible for planning and preparing nutritious meals, assisting with physical therapy exercises, and completing light housekeeping duties.
