Job Summary
The Charge Nurse plays a critical role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care within the healthcare facility. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Conduct assessments of patients’ health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of care provided.

Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Basic life support certification required
