- Perform diagnostic CT and X-Ray procedures as prescribed by licensed practitioners, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care.
- Assist with interventional procedures, administer medications, and perform venipuncture as needed.
- Apply ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure while maintaining image quality.
- Review medical records and select optimal scanning protocols for clinical indications.
- Evaluate images for positioning and technical quality, determining if additional imaging is necessary.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Perform quality assurance activities and postprocess data for archival storage.
- Educate and monitor students and other healthcare providers.
- Strong expertise in CT and X-Ray procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
