- Provide daily supervision and support to Admissions and Reception staff
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for all team members performing admission-related functions
- Maintain daily quality assurance and performance standards
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Perform financial counseling for patients as needed
- Prepare and distribute daily census reports
- Ensure timely and accurate patient registration
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, hospital departments, insurance companies, and the public
- Promote a positive and professional image through effective communication and interpersonal skills
