Are you detail-oriented, passionate about problem-solving, and skilled in working with insurance claims? We need YOU to assist with reviewing and resolving outstanding refunds for both patients and insurance carriers!
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure all refunds are reviewed and resolved within 30 days of creation.
- Assist staff with complex accounts that require research and communication with multiple departments.
- Contact insurance carriers to clarify and understand service processing determinations.
- Use your knowledge of CPSI/APRIMA, Registration, Insurance, Billing, and EOBs to drive timely resolutions.
- Proficiency in CPSI and/or APRIMA systems.
- Strong understanding of Registration, Insurance, Billing, and EOBs.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
