What You’ll Do
- You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sleep lab, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sleep lab, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Train and mentor sleep lab staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Perform sleep studies and assist with patient care as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of sleep lab procedures and patient information -

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you’ll need the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Demonstrated high level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in care and documentation.
- Proficiency in state-of-the-art office technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively, with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Successful completion of a sleep technology program, associated with a state licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a sleep trainee with documented proficiency in all required competencies.
- Holds a Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) credential or equivalent.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Must maintain current active license as a Certified or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist in the State of Colorado.
- Must maintain current BLS.
