Requirements

This position is scheduled to work 36 hours per week - nights and weekends maybe required as needed.

What You’ll Do

• You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sleep lab, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the sleep lab, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Train and mentor sleep lab staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Perform sleep studies and assist with patient care as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of sleep lab procedures and patient information -

Summary

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you’ll need the following skills, experience, and attributes:

• Demonstrated high level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in care and documentation.
• Proficiency in state-of-the-art office technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively, with adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Successful completion of a sleep technology program, associated with a state licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a sleep trainee with documented proficiency in all required competencies.
• Holds a Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) credential or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  
  

Certificates, Licenses, And Registrations

• Must maintain current active license as a Certified or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist in the State of Colorado.
• Must maintain current BLS.
