Performs all aspects of care, cleanliness, health, enrichment and intake and adoption counseling of both dogs and cats at HOV. This position must be able to perform canine and feline animal care, data entry, and customer service that meets HOV’s standards. This person must maintain the highest degree of customer service at all times.
