RBT / BHT-ABA is responsible for providing comprehensive / focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. The RBT / BHT-ABA is ultimately responsible for direct delivery of Applied Behavior Analyst to clients and their families, as well as accurate data collection and session notes. Also, excellent communication with supervising LBS or BCBA about the programming and the progress of the client. The RBT / BHT-ABA maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the LBS / BCBA or the Clinical Director of ABA Services.

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Essential Job Duties :

Implement program goals designed by LBS / BCBA to support acquisition change in Communication Skills, Social Skills, Adaptive Living Skills, or a reduction in Interfering Behaviors or Behaviors that struggle with social acceptance

Take accurate data and complete session note in accordance with company policy

Sync session while with client

Maintain confidentiality of client records and always adhere to HIPAA

Ensure safety and well-being of client during session

Participate in team meetings as requested

Training

Attendance

Communicate with families and staff (LBS / BCBA)

Comply with all BACB and company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines

Travel to client's environment (e.g., home, school, community)

Other duties as assigned
