Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking a evening and weekend coordinator to join our quickly growing team! The coordinator schedule does require to be available weekends AND three additional days throughout the week. (EX: Saturday-Wednesday or Thursday-Monday).
Description:
As a weekend coordinator you will be responsible for answering and documenting any issues, inquiries and/or schedule changes that occur during the weekend. The coordinator is responsible for managing incoming employee call outs and finding replacements to care for our patients as needed. Qualified candidates must be extremely detail-oriented, with excellent communication, and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Match, assign and schedule caregivers based on availability and skill level
- Trouble shooting & educating staff on how to use our call in & out system
- Excellent customer services skills (written and verbal)
- Ability and willingness to accept calls at any time
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in conversation Creole
- Must be available weekends AND three additional days throughout the week (EX: Saturday-Wednesday or Thursday-Monday)
- Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and HHA Exchange a PLUS
- Remain composed, professional, and maintain a positive attitude
