We are seeking Kitchen and Bath Designers to Join Our Growing Team!

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bath Designers to bring our clients' visions to life. In this role, you will provide expert design solutions tailored to their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless experience from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and sales teams to execute projects with precision and excellence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Project Director and/or client to review and understand client goals, preferences, and project requirements.
  • Attend client meetings to present and refine plans and layouts.
  • Coordinate and participate in off-site client meetings to select product specifications, including designs, colors, finishes, and more.
  • Accurately document product selections and project details using standardized forms.
  • Create cabinet designs and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software or hand drafting techniques.
  • Coordinate product selections with vendors, request estimates, and prepare necessary information for project costing.
  • Actively participate in key project phases, including pre-construction meetings, controller reviews, contract discussions, and mid-project walkthroughs.

Requirements:

  • Cabinetry Design Experience: Portfolio of work required.
  • Software Expertise in Revit: fluency in this software is required
  • Residential Design Experience: Prior experience in all phases of residential design, with a strong focus on kitchen and bathroom projects, is strongly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is preferred.
  • Certification: NKBA Certification is preferred
  • Creative and Technical Skills: Conceptual thinker with strong design and drawing abilities.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of interior and exterior products.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to cross-reference product specifications to ensure compatibility.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to document and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
