We are a growing heart and vascular clinic seeking a Business Manager who is patient-centric, organized, and connects well with the vibrance of an energetic medical office. Minimum Qualifications:
- Front office manager experience in a specialty practice
- Experience leading a team of scheduling, registration, and medical records staff
- 2 years directly and successfully managing front office, medical records compliance, and HIPAA
- Experience with EMR/PM and proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 including Word and Excel
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in a cardiology or specialty practice
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Physical Requirements
This position requires a full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a typical medical clinic and/or business office environment. Work in a clinical setting has the potential for exposure to blood and bodily fluids, and infectious pathogens. Must be able to use protective equipment as required.
