Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders, IT architects, technical leads, developers, and internal customers to understand requirements and develop solutions based on business needs.
- Maintain and enhance existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms using domain-driven design and test-driven development.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
- Create detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve processes, security, and performance.
- Support the development of coding standards and adhere to best practices and security guidelines.
- Work closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure development decisions align with long-term enterprise growth objectives.
Required Experience & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
- 3-5 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience, including designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments.
- Proficiency in Java, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Preferred Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience with cloud development is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including test-driven development (TDD).
- Experience working with object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct, and test reusable objects.
- Ability to advocate for agile development processes and contribute to improving the overall codebase.
