Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Home Care Operations Manager to lead the expansion of Heartfelt Connections Home Care services in Arizona. This role will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth, managing staff, and ensuring that our high standards of care are consistently met as we expand into this new market.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the home care industry, possess strong leadership and operational skills, and be passionate about providing excellent care to those in need. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in operations management and business development who wants to play a key role in shaping the future of our Arizona operations.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee the daily operations of home care services in Arizona, ensuring high-quality care delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a team of caregivers, coordinators, and support staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand Heartfelt Connections' presence in Arizona, including marketing and business development efforts.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including licensing and certification requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified staff in alignment with company standards.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
• Participate in local community outreach initiatives and industry events to promote the company and establish a strong local network.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in home care operations, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and customer service.
• Knowledge of Arizona's home care regulations and industry standards.
• Strong business development and growth strategy experience.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the Arizona region as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home care operations or healthcare management.
• Proven success in managing and growing a healthcare or home care service operation.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and external partners.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards within the home care industry.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
