Position Details
- Starting pay: $19.25 per hour (based on skills & experience)
- Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour
- Shift Details: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Core Hours)
- 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday – Thursday)
- Overtime as needed on Friday

Mold Tech Duties Include
- Selecting appropriate log/concrete refractory forms to ensure proper application
- Releasing formed log from mold checking for quality
- Maintaining proper amounts of base product in a log forming tank
- Using paint guns to paint logs and refractory, highlight logs with paint to give them a genuine wood appearance
- Cleaning and maintaining log machine/mixer and molds daily
- Perform box-out and packaging process as needed.
- May be required to rotate in other production lines as part of regular rotation or as needed
- Complete all quality and safety procedures and documentation.
- Willing and able to wear proper PPE as required such as dust mask, wet boots, gloves, and sleeves
- Experience working in a repetitive, fast-paced, hands-on environment
Job Requirements
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
- Working with hands & finger dexterity
- Wearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits
- Willing & able to be cross trained & multitask
- Some manufacturing experience is preferred
