We are seeking a Refractory Products Specialist to join our team at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for selecting the right log/concrete refractory forms to ensure proper application.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include releasing formed logs from molds, checking for quality, and maintaining proper amounts of base product in a log forming tank. You will also use paint guns to paint logs and refractory, highlighting them with paint to give them a genuine wood appearance. Other responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining log machine/mixer and molds daily, performing box-out and packaging processes as needed, and rotating through other production lines as part of regular rotation or as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on your feet for extended periods, and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and practice safe work habits. Some manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
