You'll start in general assembly but build your skills internally for higher level positions or may decide to pursue a degree through our tuition reimbursement program. Already in college, maybe engineering? We offer hands-on experience with possible career options post-graduation.

- Located in: Lake City, MN
- Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour (2nd Shift)
- Shift Details
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Core Hours)
- 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Core Hours)
- 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday – Thursday)
- Overtime as needed on Fridays
- NO Weekends
- Season: Mid-May/June thru August (when you return to classes)
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- On-the-job training will be provided at our plant
Assembler Duties & Responsibilities
- Assembly line & work cell positions
- Using small hand & power tools
- Operating small machines
- Job rotation
- Testing and packaging of finished goods
- Forming of various metals
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
- Working with hands & finger dexterity
- Wearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits
- Willing & able to be cross trained & multitask
