Position Details
- Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA
- 1st Shift Details: 6:00 AM – 4:20 PM (Core Hours)
- Monday – Thursday
- OT as needed
- Full Time / Direct Hire
- Health Care: full medical, dental, and vision
- Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date)
- 8 Paid Holidays
- 401k with company match
- Access to Earnings On a Daily Basis
- Quarterly Profit Sharing –Eligible after 1 year of service
- Paid Parental Leave - Eligible after 1 year of service
- Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of service
- $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement - Eligible after 1 year of service
- Utilizing power equipment to mix concrete
- Manually pouring concrete into molds
- Sequencing product to cure
- Removing cured product from molds
- Painting & highlighting refractory
- Packaging finished goods for shipment
