This position requires an experienced and strategic finance leader to serve as a key business partner to the plant leadership teams. In this role, you will provide insight and guidance to drive decision-making, oversee the financial health of the sites, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
For this position, we are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in various aspects of finance and accounting. Additionally, 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated expertise in financial management and cost accounting, is required. The ideal candidate must have management experience with strong leadership, coaching, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. They should also be able to lead and influence cross-functional teams at all levels, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Serve as financial leader and advisor to plant leadership teams across both sites.
- Develop and deliver budgets, analysis, insights, and reporting to drive decision-making.
- Oversee cost and accounting processes, including inventory, asset management, standard cost updates, and variance analysis.
- Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency across both sites.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute capital investment projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP, and SOX regulations.
