Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to align supply chain activities with HHT’s strategic goals.
- Provide financial analysis and support for supply chain decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and working capital.
- Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of monthly reports, variance analyses, and budgets.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and ensure high-quality financial management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to anticipate future impacts of decisions and focus on business growth.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality in financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- 5 years in a management role with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization software (Tableau or PowerBI), Excel spreadsheets, and project management tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary : $117,000 - $146,000
