Purpose Statement
Responsible for coordinating the efforts of all Divisional Field Operations Supervisors within the Region. Train the Divisional Field Operations Supervisors and monitor their effectiveness and that of the overall FHH Field Operations Initiatives. This position will interface closely with Regional Team and each Branch / Division's Management Team. Maintains contacts with factory personnel, FHH staff, builders, homeowners, and inspectors as needed.

- Knows and understand FHH policies and Field Operations initiatives
- Refines and implements "best practices" of field operations
- Ensures that branch / divisions meet CTP (Complete to Promise) goals and quality standards
- Train, develop and supports Division Field Operations Supervisor in job responsibilities
- Supports Branch / Division Field Operations by assisting in the management of field members and sub-contractors
- Coordinates and delivers safety training and training on the installation of products to field members and subcontractors in region
- Manages and tracks certification testing for field members and subcontractors
- Coordinates and delivers builder and related jobsite trades training
- Provides branch / division with sales and customer support
- Assumes role as technical expert in resolving difficult issues with customers and building officials
- Lead Regional Safety Initiatives by working closely with Safety Champion and MCR to ensure that members are following OSHA and FHH Safety Standards
- Responsible for all building code enforcement issues, incident investigation, and legal liability issues within the region
- Lead Business Process Improvement in assigned region.
- Must be proficient in tools and techniques of continuous improvement through formal training and RCI events. Roll out tools and techniques in field operations where appropriate, focusing on 7 forms of waste and 6s.
- Work closely with corporate, manufacturing, and technical services staffs
- Supports and acts as team member on related projects
- All other duties as assigned
