Overview :
We’re seeking a compassionate, licensed clinician to provide essential support and consultation to the Outreach team within our Community Support Program for Homeless Individuals (CSP-HI). This role involves guiding case managers, coordinating client care, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. If you are experienced in geriatrics, mental health, and have a background in supporting individuals facing homelessness, we invite you to apply.
Qualifications :
- Licensure : Massachusetts-licensed clinician (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC)
- Experience : 1-2 years in geriatrics and mental health; experience with homelessness and substance use preferred
- Skills : Proficiency in supporting adults with behavioral health needs and navigating multi-agency collaboration
