Now Hiring for 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM-10:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Electrical System project management.
Electrical/Programming troubleshooting.
Electrical/Programming training of technicians.
Managing inventory of print library/archive and program backups for all machines.
Qualifications:
Electrical System knowledge and experience to include VFD(s), Servos, high and low voltage troubleshooting.
Ability and experience in troubleshooting and modifying Electrical/PLC-HMI Programming/Controls.
Ability to use a laptop to troubleshoot a PLC problem using multiple types of software (Rockwell, Automation Direct).
Ability to use a laptop to point a Maintenance Technician to a machine problem.
Ability to troubleshoot scale, x-ray, checkweigher, machine vision, and barcode label verification problems.
Ability to resolve VFD, Servo, safety module, or miscellaneous drive faults.
Ability to make PLC program modifications and tuning adjustments (timers, fault capture).
Possess a basic understanding of PID loops.
AutoCAD electrical schematic one-line drawing development.
AutoCAD mechanical drawing development.
NFPA 70E Arc Flash safety certification is a plus.
Ability to read and write in English.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to successfully multi-task.
