Pay Rate:Gatekeeper – 1st Shift starting at $19.30 /per hour
GENERAL SUMMARY
Works in production/assembly area placing product on the line and assembling product components. May work with simple equipment and conduct operational checks. Responsible for verifying product against shop order, tracking components through inventory production usage process in fast-paced production area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
• Works on assembly, production, and packaging line in various capacities according to specifications.
• Works in Operational sanitation.
• Documents products that are going to the line
• Physically moves product to and from the production line
• Responsible for alerting operators, leads or supervisors of any quality or safety issue.
• Responsible for in process quality checks
• Responsible for working safely at all times.
• Standing 100% of shift
• On the floor 100% of shift.
• Other duties as needed by line.
• Must be able to work a 10-hour schedule.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and operate tools or controls.
The employee is required to sit, walk, stoop or crouch. In addition, some facilities are multi-level and may require ascending or descending stairs.
The employee will be lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, use pallet-jack or cart.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Able to communicate and take direction from the Group Lead and/or the Production Supervisor.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Preferred one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred scan gun inventory system experience and entry level math skills. (Add, Subtract, Multiple, Divide)

Multi-shift production operations will be in cold refrigerated environment.

Starting Pay: $19.30/hr., We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment.
