Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Psychological Assessment Specialist to join our team. This part-time position has the potential to become full-time, and we currently have an active waiting list of clients to be assessed.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychological assessments, including experience with various tests such as the ADOS-II, WAIS-V, WISC-V, and WIAT-IV.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct psychological testing for clients
- Conduct clinical interviews with clients and/or their legal guardian(s)
- Administer and score appropriate psychological measures for diagnostic purposes
- Interpret scores accurately and make diagnoses as necessary
- Construct comprehensive psychological assessment reports
- Making recommendations based on empirically validated data
- Conduct feedback sessions to explain results, diagnoses, and recommendations
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) or Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP) with an active temporary or permanent license in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology
- Experience with a wide array of psychological assessments, including ADOS-II, WAIS-V, WISC-V, and WIAT-IV
- Active clinical supervision by a licensed Clinical Psychologist in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology (required for LPAs)
Note: Completion of ADOS-II training is preferred but not required.
