As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the dining room, including taking meal orders, serving meals, delivering orders, setting tables, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
You will also be expected to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, and to demonstrate a commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, similar experience preferably, and the ability to work in a team environment and work flexible shifts. You should also possess strong communication and listening skills, as well as the ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
