Team Member Opportunity
The Hearthstone at Leesburg is seeking a talented Dining Room Server to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Responsibilities
As a Dining Room Server, you will perform a variety of functions in the dining room to ensure residents have a pleasant dining experience. This includes taking meal orders, serving meals correctly and efficiently, delivering orders to resident apartments upon request, setting tables with napkins and tableware, refilling condiments and salt and pepper shakers, and setting up and keeping salad and dessert counters supplied.
You will also be responsible for cleaning dining room tables and chairs and vacuuming the dining room. Additionally, you may be required to perform other duties as needed and may have your picture taken or image used in social media or community advertising.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, similar experience preferably, and the ability to work in a team environment and work flexible shifts. You should also possess strong communication and listening skills, as well as the ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
