Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Work Environment: Hybrid (On-site visits 2-3 times per week for assigned locations)
Compensation: $90,000/YR - $100,000/YR (DOE)
Location: Southern OR
Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position oversees all Human Resource functions for each facility within the assigned region where they help align people strategies with business strategies. The HRBP works as a partner with senior leadership through specialized knowledge that helps organize, create, and enforce policies and programs in line with the Volare team goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all HR aspects including performance issues, training, and employee investigations.
- Provide advice on company policies and resolve policy-related problems.
- Manage conflict resolution and employee engagement through effective communication and professional development.
- Conduct employee profile and I-9 audits to ensure compliance.
- Oversee mandatory training audits and review disciplinary/termination documents.
- Collaborate with facility administrators, benefits, recruiting, and payroll teams to improve HR processes.
- Manage confidential employee documents and educate leadership on employment regulations.
- Monitor employee trends and manage Personal Action Requests (PAR).
- Ensure timely evaluations and compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and company policies.
- Assist with ADA processes and EEOC reporting.
- Travel to multiple facilities each week to provide HR support.
- Participate in Quality Improvement activities and provide training to staff.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- SHRM Cert or HRCI/HR Cert (Preferred)
- 5 years of HR experience, ideally in Skilled Nursing and/or Long-term care or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks.
- Ability to travel regularly.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and related systems.
- Flexibility for long hours, weekend work, and working in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
- Highly organized and paying attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Understanding state and federal labor laws.
