Position Summary :
As a Memory Care Caregiver, you will work with an AMAZING TEAM! You will play an important role and be well supported by kind and caring co-workers. We are looking for a compassionate person that fits our mission of serving with love, respect, and integrity.
Memory Care Caregiver Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, care of personal items and mobility
- Promptly answer calls for assistance
- Record and document care provide
- Escort residents to dining area and activities
- Observe and report changes in residents physical condition or behavior to Med Tech, RCC or Nurse
- Safely uses equipment such as mechanical lifts
- Respond appropriately in emergency situations
- Works collaboratively with other team members
- Participates in projects, in-services, or committees as assigned
- Assists in training of new staff
- Must be self-motivated and able to think independently
- Must be able to work flexible hours and participate in holiday activities
- Other duties as assigned
